⚡ Ford Mondeo Mk4 Dashboard Not Working

I have looked at some old related threads within the Forum to try and resolve it but so far no luck, the fan also does not operate when aircon is selected. The 60Amp fuse is ok, there is 12v

Alternatively you could just close the latch whilst you have the door open. Just remember to open it before you try to close the door. I do this often when working on cars as I too find the chimes annoying.

I was thinking of using fuse no. 23, a 10Amp micro fuse, which is labelled as the ‘delayed accessory power’. Not had a chance yet to put the multimeter on it. Mar 21, 2015 · Ignore the light in the clock, Thats for the immobiliser not the remote fob to. unlock the doors. If the car doesnt start and thats flashing rapidly then it has not read the chip in the key. correctly, or the chip is wrong/faulty. No beep when pressing the remote, either the battery is duff or poor contacts on the battery.

If that has power then check that the grounds to the reverse lights have very little resistance to a known good ground point. if you have power at the fuse but no power to the rear and the ground is good then we are probably looking at a broken wire. 1. Mar 17, 2013 · Posted May 25, 2015. Try looking at block connection directly onto the bulb at rear of headlamp. To do this you need to remove headlamp and disconnect from plug connector connecting the headlamp. Once this is done remove cover at back of headlamp to expose main headlamp bulb.

Parking sensor faults can only be read by a Ford approved scanner which displays 7 digit DTC codes. Mine have a mind of their own, they can work for weeks then from no where a single tone and flashing button.

Took the battery off for half hour, left the seat disconnected, and still exactly the same after reconnecting the battery (leaving the seat unplugged).

Jan 13, 2019 · Hi I have had my mondeo over 12 months now and never had the parking sensors working the light on the dash flashes 6 times no bleep then nothing had my mechanic plug his code reader in and he said it was the ns middle sensor..when inspected the wire was worn so I bought a complete wiring loom with sensors tested working to replace the old one 0rCGbh.
